How can you contribute? Below are some proposed entry points. These will be updated periodically.
Thanks for your feedback on a title for the module. Based on the poll results, the module will be entitled, Gender Equality, Human Rights, and Me. The individual sections will be entitled Rethink (section 1), Relate (section 2), Realise (section 3)
Share feedback to inform the look and feel of the module (see graphic identify), including design elements you like from related projects that convey the concept of gender equality.
Suggest colleagues to be interviewed (manager, program officer, and general service staff member) in order to share their good practices in integrating gender in their specific areas of work (see section 2).
Review the needs analysis table to identify additional key tasks and knowledge needed regarding the gender integration responsibilites of OHCHR staff.
Provide feedback on the overall objectives and objectives for each section.
Suggest content (resources/guidance/good practice examples) (particularly from the OHCHR context) which can help the module deliver on its specific objectives.
Suggest ideas of an exercise to allow a general service staff member to integrate a gender perspective in a context relevant to their own work (see section 3).
Provide other inputs as you see relevant.
